Experience
Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala heads the Arthoscopy, Sports Orthopaedics & Shoulder Service and also the Centre for Sports Medicine at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. At Kokilaben Hospital, he has done a number of breakthrough surgeries - the first Reverse Shoulder Replacement in India, first Stem Cell Transplant (Autologous Chondrocyte Stem Cell transplant) to repair damaged knee in India, first Navigation guided arthroscopic ACL repair in India. He has performed more than 1600 surgeries at Kokilaben Hospital so far.

Having completed his orthopaedic training at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital , Mumbai, Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala has obtained his specialty fellowships in arthroscopy and sports orthopaedics at the finest Centres in the US and UK .

He completed his Orthopaedic Surgical training at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, in 1997 and holds Specialty Fellowships in Arthroscopy and Sports Orthopaedics at some of the finest centers in the US and UK.

Dr. Pardiwala Serves on the Committee of ISAKOS (International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine), and has been has been invited as Faculty to over 50 International Conferences over the past 10 years.

Dr. Pardiwala is considered to be one of India's best Arthroscopy Surgeons, and is the recipient of numerous International and National Academic Awards including the ISAKOS John Joyce Award 2009 for outstanding contributions to arthroscopic surgery.

Dr Pardiwala is the only Indian Arthroscopic Surgeon in a group of 10 top international surgeons to be invited to perform a live surgical demonstration of Arthroscopic Shoulder Surgery at the ISAKOS Congress in Toronto, Canada. He is also on the editorial board of prestigious international journals including Arthroscopy, American Journal of Sports Medicine - Sports Health, and APKASS Journal.

Dr. Pardiwala has completed over 3000 Arthroscopic procedures in a short span of 4 years at Kokilaben Hospital with extremely impressive outcomes that surpass international standards.

The postoperative infection rate is 0% ( international benchmark 1.5% ) No patient who has undergone surgery for sports injury at Kokilaben Hospital has required reoperation.

He is the recipient of numerous prestigious international and national academic awards including the ISAKOS John Joyce Award 2009 for outstanding contributions to arthroscopic surgery. He is faculty at various prestigious International & National Conferences and Workshops. He is the first Indian Surgeon to be invited to Seoul for a live surgical demonstration at the Korean Orthopaedic Association Conference.
