The Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care is focused on providing safe anesthesia which is a prerequisite for getting the best results from aggressive surgery carried out to cure cancers.

Comprehensive preoperative assessment, patient optimization before anesthesia and surgery, careful administration and monitoring of anesthesia and high quality postoperative care go a long way in minimizing the risk of major surgery.
